What is a credit and how does it work?
A credit is our usage unit. Roughly, 1 minute of video uses about 10 credits. Static videos like interviews use fewer credits, while dynamic ones like music videos or sports clips use slightly more.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. We recommend picking a plan that matches your typical monthly usage so you get the most value.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-cycle?
You can buy a one-time top-up pack from your account dashboard, or upgrade to a higher plan. Your previous search history and results stay accessible either way.
Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers, no questions asked. After that, you can still cancel anytime but the current billing cycle is non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Yearly plans are billed in a single upfront payment.
